Since its establishment in 1991, Shadan Degree College for Boys has been a premier institution, attracting the brightest students from across the city, state, country, and beyond. Founded under the Shadan Educational Society and affiliated with Osmania University, the college began its journey with just 150 students under the visionary leadership of Dr. Mohd Vizarath Rasool Khan. Management Shadan Educational Society
The institute is ably led by Prof. Ilyas Ur Rahman, the first Ph.D. Principal and Professor in Business Management appointed by the O.U Panel. With over three decades of distinguished experience, he has excelled as a Principal and administrator.
A proud Osmanian, he holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce, Dual MBA specializations in HR and Marketing, and a Ph.D. in Business Management, all from Osmania University.
Prof. Ilyas Ur Rahman’s career reflects wisdom, integrity, and expertise. He has made significant contributions to academics and administration, including publishing 30 national and 22 international journal articles.
His presentation of research work and insights delivered in Reputed universities of USA was very well accepted and applauded all over the world. Notably, he is the first Muslim minority research supervisor in the Department of Business Management and was among the first to be appointed as a professor by Osmania University.
