He has established institutions like Shadan Women College of Pharma-D (2021) and Dr. VRK College of Pharmacy & Law (2024-2025) and achieved milestones such as A+ NAAC accreditation and autonomous status for key colleges. Dr. Mohammed shah Alam Raool supports students with initiatives like free education and transport for 1,500 girls and free education for Hafiz-e-Quran students.
